| Customer Reviews: Excellent Product December 30, 2009 Kristen Sven (Southern California, United States) Gets the job done and doesn't leave a strange feel on your hands. Does not take forever to dissolve or settle on your hands. Perfect, healthy way to sanitize.
Poor Packaging for Shipping April 21, 2008 H. Sawyer (Seattle, WA) 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
This product is not a bad product, if bought from a different source.
I purchased the 32 oz. bottle of eco-hand sanitizer for $17.38. After shipping and handling, the item came to $24.76. Despite the high price, I decided to buy it anyway because I didn't have time to go and find some from a store.
When the item came, the bottle was shoved into a USPS Prioroty Mail Flat Rate Envelope. In case you've never seen one of these envelopes before, it is a 12.5" x 9.25" flat envelope. This envelope should only be used for paperwork of some sort, not to be used for a 10" high, 5" round bottle of hand sanitizer. The envelope had been wrapped with packers tape about 5 times. Even though there was extra efforts spent to ensure that the bottle didn't come out of the flat envelope, the bottle had popped open in transit. Almost half of the hand sanitizer was spilled inside this makeshift package. I would not purchase items from Nutriciy again unless the situation has been rectified.
Smell is too strong, in my opinion February 13, 2008 MariRuthie (Marietta, GA) As a hand sanitizer, it's great. However, the smell is way too strong for me. I feel like I have to wash my hands after using it, which only serves to defeat the purpose. When they say "Lavender", they truly mean it!
slimy / smells weird December 21, 2007 Tyler Durden (Washington) Pros: large container / kills germs
Cons: slimy feel to it / smells weird.
I think I'm gonna stick with safeway brand hand sanitizer
