I originally bought this soap just to wash my face.I have large pores,oily skin and I break out with bad acne all the time. This soap definitely cleans my face well, reduces the shine on my face and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. In about a week I saw an improvement in my acne and my skin in general. I started to use it to wash my entire skin and it works well enough. I replenish my stock whenever I start running low. Would recommend to others.

A Good Product that became to expensive. I had originally purchased this product from a local drug store for $1.90 that was acquired by CVS. CVS stopped carrying the product so I started buying it from Amazon for about $2.00 when they sold it as a 16 pack. Now it is to expensive from them to so I will look for another soap unless Amazon brings back the 16 pack at a reasonable priceBasis All Clear Bar, Antibacterial cleansing bar, 4-Ounce Bar (Pack of 8).

I have had acne since I was a teenager, I am now 34 and up until a few months ago continued to struggle with it. On a whim I purchased the Basis "All Clear" Bar at a local grocery store for under $3.00. My face cleared up in about a week and I have not had one breakout since I have been using this product. I use the Basis Bar and moisturizer only, I do not apply anything else to my face and I am truly amazed. I don't know why more people do not know about this product, I have spent thousands of dollars at my dermatologist over the years along with trying every type of over the counter medicine you can think of. I had developed adult cystic acne, the kind on your neck and jaw line that are hard nodules and are painful. I have not had one in months and it began to work immediately, purchase this product wherever you can find it, you will not be sorry!
