i ordered the three chamber chrome shower dispenser took me three weeks to recieve it when i finally got it , it was packaged good wrapped in bubble wrap so i have to assume it was shipped to me damaged the chrome was completely scratched up looks really bad the plasic part the soap goes in is all scratched up there is no mounting supplies so no way of mounting it to my tiles and the whole three chamber dispenser is about the size of the soap dispensers you see in the bathroom at walmart very small i am very discusted with the product that i recieved it is useless to me and i don't advise anyone to buy it nothing about this product was like new it looks like the seller went to a thrift store and picked it up (and i paid $25 for it) i am appauled there was even dried soap in it i washed it out but you would at least think the seller would have taken time to clean the item before sending it to someone who has paid them $25 for it i do not advise anyone to order from this person i know i won't ever again

My first Dispenser lasted about 10 years. It was having issues pumping and I know I could have claimed the pumps on the warranty but figured it was time for a change. I had the white one and went for the chrome one, here. I had originally hoped it would slide onto the old mount as they do look alike but for the color. Nope, they changed the design of the mount. I wrote to the company and they emailed me directions for getting the old mount off. Mostly long thin blade knife and paint thinner to get the glue off. That worked very well and let me mount the new one, on my tile, with ease. Having had 10 years of service I'm fairly confident that the new one will stick and pump well. Yes the new pumps do work much better than the 10 year old ones. It's so nice not having bottles in the tub/shower, no dropping slipping etc. Great product, highly recommended.

When I received the dispenser the center reservoir was cracked along the "knit" line. I do plastic injection molding for a living so I know what I'm talking about. The unit was packed in a plastic bag with nothing to protect it from shipping abuse. Amazon packed it properly and I'm guessing it was cracked when they sent it. I received the replacement, mounted it in my shower and filled it. The next day I noticed fine cracks coming out of the bottom corners of the opaque plastic on two of the reservoir's, a week later the chrome plated bottom became detached from the base. The cracks kept growing for a week or so and then began to leak slightly. I am returning this one and trying one more. The problem with this product is that material probably re-processed plastic (China is notorious for cheating on material) and it's not packed for any abuse. Looks are slightly on the cheap side but tolerable.

I really like this dispenser. It's attractive, works well, and keeps my teenage daughters from stealing my shampoo! My bottles of shampoo and conditioner always used to go missing - and of course I would never realize they were gone until I was already wet - ugh!!! In frustration I went looking for a dispenser that would attach to the wall. This one was easy to install and does the trick nicely. No more missing shampoo!

I have 3! I was initially worried that thick liquids like conditioner would not work but the pump is wonderful. I was also worried that my expensive bath products would drip constantly from the pump but there is no dripping. It adheres to the tile wall I have very nicely. This product streamlines my shower experience. I no longer have to fumble with slippery bottles when I'm barely awake...I just press a button. I highly recommend it.
